When you use the enquiry form we collect the data you provide: your name, your contact detail (email or phone), the selected enquiry type and your message. We also process technical data (IP address, browser) that your device sends to our server, and data stored in cookies (see the Cookie policy).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare an offer — legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b)).
- To operate and secure the website — our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, and no longer than 24 months from our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
5. Recipients
Your data is processed by our website hosting and email service providers acting as our processors. We do not sell your data. Data is stored within the EU/EEA. Google Fonts are loaded from Google servers, which may receive your IP address.

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
